Nicely found! Unfortunately I'm not sure if we can claim it because it's in a previous edition of the TCE list as long ago as December 2012 until Sep 2013. It's missing in the latest updated TCE list for some reason.

Being on the TCE list doesn't make it a candidate, so I don't see why we can't, especially if it's since been removed.

I found this potential planet by visually spotting the transits, as these ones were not highlighted. :)

Jennifer, this is one impressive effort finding the transits in the LC. It really does not look obvious in the PH light curve to me. Wonderful, you really nailed this one!

I was momentarily thinking you were using TCE to spot the drops as a guide after you found a LC of interest here at PH which seems to me to be a novel way to look for these tough ones.

This is a great template for others to learn from. Thanks.
