What does APH stand for?

And why do stars have more than 1 APH number?

The light curve data is divided up into roughly 30 day chunks with 3 chunks for each calendar quarter. The first two numbers following APH refer to the quarter. So APH42141106 means Quarter4, Chunk2. The remaining numbers should be the same for all light curves for the same star (although there were a few processing mistakes early on and you'll occasionally see a star with different numbers in a couple of quarters).
