If star larger than stated then warmer but larger, non-terrestrial, planet.

Not by a long way. Temp. is better, doubt the star will be much smaller than the value listed based on main-sequence temp. vs radius ratios.

Yes, I wonder how accurate the star size estimations are? Are they usually right on?

KID 7288741 , it could be a 1.7 R_Earth planet @ 0.94 au from its star with a temp of 206 K, a bit on the cold side.
