The last few times I have logged in I got this message:

failed to get light_curve datahttp://s3.amazonaws.com/ph-stars-production/APHF1144851.json

Light curves do not load.

Is there a problem at my end?

thx

In the last few weeks, I have not been able to get any light curves. I keep getting this error message:

"failed to get light_curve datahttp://s3.amazonaws.com/ph-stars-production/APHF1144851.json"

Is this a problem on my end?

Hi Al,

Have you tried clearing your browser's cookies?

Hi Meg,

This is the second time I've classified these ~30 days, there might be a problem:

Let me know if it reappears. I'll report this to the development team and see if they have time to possibly investigate.

Hi

Newbie question:

I marked a couple of events on star APHF2081918 but I can't find such star in "my Stars / Transits", i find instead SPH10081918 and its lightcurve (1st quarter) looks very different than the one I marked, I wonder if these are two different stars (in this case it should be a bug) or if it's simply a naming convention and visualization issue so the two labels APHF and SPH are aliases for the same star.

Sorry for the confusing. It's a naming convention. SPH is for the star APH is the for the light curve. We're showing Quarter 16 data, so this light curve is the 2nd chunk of observations from Quarter 16. You can find it if you go to SPH10081918 and then use the bottom buttons to bring you to the last page of light curve plots.

Hiya,

We know that there are some broken links with the transition to New Talk and the version 2.0 of Planet Hunters. We're going to working on fixing this over the next several days. Thanks in advance for your patience during these growing pains.

Cheers,

~Meg
